QUITCLAIM DEED
This Deed, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration now paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, witnesses that,
SHELLY R. WHITE, heir of Paul A. and Shirley F. White, deceased, Grantor, does hereby
remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto the City of Spokane Valley, a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington, Grantee, the following-described real property:

See Right-of-Way Exhibits A & B attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SUBJECT TO all easements, restrictions, covenants and encumbrances of record.
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this deed is hereby tendered and that the
terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Spokane Valley unless
and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Spokane Valley, by the
Spokane Valley Director of Public Works.

The Grantor further expressly waives and relinquishes all rights, as owner or successor in
interest provided under law, for any preference to repurchase all or a portion of this property

remainders, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto, unto the City of Spokane
Valley, and to its successors and assigns forever.
