v)This Additional Services Addendum ("Addendum") is supplemental to the Master PageFreezer Subscription Agreement
("Agreement")signed between PageFreezer and City of Spokane Valley on February 16 2017.
vi) In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Agreement,the terms and conditions
of this Addendum shall supersede and control, unless the Agreement specifically identifies the provision(s)of the Addendum to
be amended, in which case such amended terms shall apply.
