On October 22, 1979, the Zoning Hearing Examiner Committee reconvened for the
continuation of the Hearing of October 18, 1979, to consider five new zone
reclassifications and one reconsideration of conditions application. Members
present: Mr. McCoury, Acting Chairman, Mrs. Myers, and Mr. Sceva, Jr.

This matter having come before the Examiner Committee on October 22, 1979, and
the members of the Committee present being Ted McCoury, Acting Chairman,
Jane Myers, and Paul Sceva, Jr. and there being the following persons present
who wish to request approval of a Zone Change; NONE for a Zone Reclassification,
Agricultural to Restricted Industrial for the purpose of a business park
containing offices, warehousing, and light manufacturing.
B. ORDER
The Hearing Examiner Committee, pursuant to the aforementioned, finds that the

(being a continuance of the November 15, 1979 hearing) and the members of the
Committee present being Eldon Thomas, Chairman, Jane Myers, and Ted McCoury
and there being the following persons present who wish to request approval of a
Zone Change; Robert Fogg (T.D.C., Inc.), applicant for a Zone Reclassification,
Agricultural to Restricted Industrial for the purpose of a business park - retail,

B. FINDINGS OF FACT
1. That the existing land use in the area is residential, cultivated, and
undeveloped.
2. That the Comprehensive Plan designates this area as appropriate for
agricultural, undeveloped, or use under study.
3. That the existing zoning of the property described in the application is
Agricultural.
4. That the provisions of Chapter 43.21C RCW (The State Environmental Policy
Act) have been complied with.
5. That the proper legal requirements for advertisement of the Agenda Item
have been fulfilled.
6. That this proposal is not in conflict with the provisions of adopted regula-
tion.
7. That the land in this area is suitable for the proposed use, or uses within
the proposed Zone Classification.
