b) Improvements shall be in substantial conformance with the plot plan on
file.
A landscape plan showing specific detail and accompanied by a
performance bond shall be approved by the County Zoning Administrator
prior to building permit issuance.
d) That the provisions of SEPA's Ncticp of Action pursuant to 43.21c.080
R.C.W. and the Board of County Commissioners' Resolution #77 -1392
be accompanied by the applicant within thirty (30) days of formal
action by the Board, as instructed by the Planning Department staff.
e) Interior driveways and parking areas shall be paved.
f) That, if after one year from the date of the Planning Commission's
action, the applicant has not received final adoption of the zone
