AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-023 PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 28, 2008,
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2009 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2009,
APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR ESTABLISHED
• POSITIONS.
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the 2009 budget by making certain amendments to the debt
service fund, capital grant fund, barker road bridge fund, parks capital fund, street fund and risk
management fund, which results in the total balance of all fund expenditures appropriated for the year
2009 as$115,212,955.
