EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mayor Munson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. It was moved by
Councilmember Dempsey, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn into Executive Session for
approximately one hour to discuss pending litigation per RCW 42.30.110(i); and that no action is
anticipated thereafter. Council adjourned into executive session at 5:01 p.m.
At approximately 5:50 p.m. Mayor Munson declared Council out of Executive Session; and adjourned the
Executive Session.
