Purpose: This Amendment is for the Contract for mechanical investment services at Center Place Event Center by and between the Parties, executed by the Parties on December 3, 2024, and which terminates on December 31, 2026. All such amended provisions are hereby incorporated by reference herein and shall control over any conflicting provisions of the Original Contract, including any previous amendments thereto. The original agreement scone is amended to include additional assets and equipment for scheduled planned maintenance per the attached Appendix "A". The additional assets and equipment for planned maintenance also includes additional compensation as shown below. 4. Compensation Amendment History: This is Amendment #1 of the Original Contract. This agreement will be initiated, scheduled, administered, monitored and updated by the Service Provider. The service activities will be directed and scheduled, on a regular basis, by our comprehensive equipment maintenance scheduling system based on manufacturers' recommendations, equipment location, application, type, run time, and Service Provider's own experience. The Customer is informed of the agreement's progress and results on a continuing basis via a detailed Service Report, presented after each service call for Customer's review, approval signature and record.
