Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve to Restricted Residential
Zone.
A. Reasons:
1. The final plat of Friske First Addition has been filed incorporating
11 suburban lots ranging in size from 11,780 square feet
(86'x137') to 14,900 square feet (110'x136').
2. All lots within the subdivision conform to the frontage and area
requirements for the establishment of a residence in the
Restricted Residential Zone.
3. The Restricted Residential Zone would permit the construction of
single family residences and duplexes but would prohibit animal
keeping activities other than the keeping of household pets.
