Dollars,and other valuable consideration,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,hereby
conveys and warrants to the CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, Grantee, the following
described real property situated in Spokane County, in the State of Washington, under the
imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of Eminent Domain:
