LIABILITY COMPANY, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100

(S 10.00) Dollars, and other valuable consideration, conveys and grants unto the City of
Spokane Valley, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, and its assigns,
Grantee, under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of Eminent Domain,
an easement over, under, upon and across the hereinafter described lands for road and utility
purposes including but not limited to the right to occupy, construct, control, operate, maintain,
and reconstruct facilities including but not limited to curbs, sidewalks, grading, drainage,
signage, usage by utility companies and other usage deemed necessary by City of Spokane
Valley for the safety and welfare of the public.
Said lands being situated in Spokane County, State of Washington, and described as
