Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve toResidential Office Zone.
. A) Reasons:
1) The Planning Commission has been approving Residential
Office Zoning requests for properties on the north side of
Sprague Avenue. The Commission notes that the Residential
Office classification would provide an effective buffer between
the commercially developed properties on the south side of
Sprague Avenue and the developing residential neighborhood
to the north of Sprague Avenue.
2) The Planhing Commission is of the opinion that the performance
standards of the Residential Office Zone would insure compa-
tibility of the request with existing and potential residential
development in the area.
