Re: Notice of Intent to Terminate Agreement for Sullivan Park Water System Routine Maintenance and Testing
for Spokane Valley Parks and Recreation Department, Spokane Valley Contract 24-055
Dear Mr. Spears:
The City's Sullivan Park Water System is no longer in service and thus your services, pursuant to the contract for
testing and maintenance of said system signed between Senske Lawn and Tree Care ("Senske") and the City on or
about March 14, 2024 (the "Agreement"), are no longer needed. The City is exercising its right to terminate the
Agreement pursuant to Section 2, and this letter constitutes the City's notice of termination to Senske.
Section 2 states that termination will be effective 10 days from this notice. However, as your services are no
longer needed, the City asks that you agree to terminate the Agreement immediately by signing the letter below
and returning a copyto John Bottelli, Parks and Recreation Director, atjbottelli@spokanevalleywa.gov. By signing
below, you and the City agree that the Agreement is terminated effective immediately.
The City greatly appreciates your services over the previous two years and looks forward to continuing to work
together on our other projects. If you have any questions regarding the above, please call or email John Bottelli.
