Date: 10/17/2025 We, the undersigned, do hereby agree to the terms of the lease involving: Breed: 2 reindeer with handler in a 12 x 12 enclosure. Handler provides educational opportunities for the public. This rental is to run from date: 12/05/2025 time: 5:30pm — 7:30pm and can be cancelled at any time if the Lessee fails to fulfill the conditions of the agreement as specified herein. RENTAL PRICE: $1800.00 includes mileage. Animals are for public exhibltions.k BALANCE DUE: $1800.00 due by 11/05/2025, if the balance is not received by due date; the date will be forfeited. ****Please Note: Due to a virus carried by sheep and goats, which is deadly to. reindeer, no sheep or goats can be permitted on displaj sjtel ❑Payment: No deliveries shall be made to Lessee unless Lessor has received full payment in advance. This amount shall cover the following: Delivery and removal of the animals, enclosure, handler, bedding, feed, water and cleaning display area as well as possible. Lessor shall remove the animals from exhibit location upon the expiration of the term of this agreement as provided above. Q11.1abllity of Damage: Lessee shall not be held accountable for any damage to or for the death of one or more of the animals unless such damage or death is the result of Lessee's negligence. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lessor, its partners, agents, employees and contractors from and against any and all liability for claims, demands, damages and costs (including attorney fees) for or arising out of the Lessee's use, possession and exhibition of animals caused by negligence of Lessee, its agents or employees, or otherwise. Permits and Insurance: Lessor shall provide permits required by the USDA. The Lessee, at Lessee's expense, shall provide other permits (local Fish & Game, zoning, etc.) if required, Prior to delivery of animals, Lessor shall (1) procure Insurance covering any injuries or accidents to such animals and against any liability incident to the handling or exhibition of such animals or (2) Lessor shall name Lessee as additional Insured on REINDEER EXPRESS A existing jl I currently g policy covering.such acts and occurrences. Any insurance changes within 2 weeks of your scheduled event will result In a $65 fee. Please make sure all Information is correct. Reinlde�er will have pre- determined value of $20,000,00 each. Such insurance shall provide a minimum coverage' amount of not less than One Million Dollars ($3.,000,000.00). All such Insurance shall be Lessor's sole cost.ajid expense.
