CONTAINER SERVICE To schedule a delivery or pickup of a container. please notify our office one business day before you need the service. Your container will then be scheduled for the next business or route day. Our office dispatch hours are 8 a.m. to Sp.m- Drive in fees may apply in additic n to the monthly service. Drive in fees will be discussed with customer prior to delivery (if applicable). CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR EQUiPMENi: Customer shall be responsible for all loss or damage to the equipment other than normal wear and tear. Customer shall not overload or move the container. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Contractor (SunsWne Disposal & "cling) against a0 claims. damages, suits, penalties, fines and liabilities for injury arising out of the customers use, operation, or possession of the container. PROPERTY DAMAGE Sunshine Disposal $ Recycling (Contractor) shall not be responsible for damage to the Customer's property, pavement. or other driving surfaces resulting from the weight of Contractors vehicles servicing the equipment location designated by the Customer - Customer is responsible for all property damage even if Customer is not the property owner - MATERIAL ACCEPTABLE FOR DISPOSAL R is unlawful to discard hazardous waste in this container. Special Wastes require a regulated profile sheet. All disposal sites retain the right to accept or reject loads of material. Sunshine rrvist abide by the decision of all disposal sites to accept or rtect materials. PAYMENT AND CHARGES.- The Customer will pay Contractor for services provided. Customer is responsible for payment of trip charges and service fees at all times, including during inclement weather (e.g. debris frozen in container). Solid Waste tamping fees may be higher than quoted if material is rejected by the quoted disposal site. All solid waste charges are sect to 3.6% State Refuse Tax- Other municipal taxes may apply. Rental fees are subject to local sales tax. Invoices will be sent on the first business day of the month. Payment is due 21 dams from invoice date and is considered delinquent at the time of the next billing_ All unpaid charges will accrue a finance charge of one percent per month. PROPER LOADING AND ACCESS. PLEASE DO NOT LOAD CONTAINERS MORE THAN WATER LEVEL FULL. It is the Customers responsibility to provide unobstructed access to the container on the day of service. If the container is overloaded or blocked. you may incur additional fees. For containers with 1-8 cubic yard capacity, dirt, rocks, asphalt, concrete, construction debris and similar wastes are unacceptabie. The maximum capacity for containers 10 cubic yards and aver is 20.000 pounds. To avoid additional fees, containers must be uniformly loaded within their capacity. If your container is overloaded I blocked on the scheduled day of service, you will be notified and we will automatically reschedule service for the next business or route day unless otherwise agreed. Additional fees may apply for overloaded containers and return trips.
