Description of Change: This change order pays for the following added work: • Pour concrete pedestal and install the City provided brass plaque • Relocate concrete pedestal to safer location • Backfill previous location and apply topsoil with grass seed Specification: There are no changes to the specification for the above work. Plans: See attached sketches for the above work. Time: Working days are not affected by this change order. Measurement: No specific measurements for the new lump sum items. Payment: New item #3.1 "Add concrete pedestal for RAVE dedication plaque", lump sum The lump sum item "Add concrete pedestal for RAVE dedication plaque", shall be full pay for labor, materials and equipment to excavate, compact subgrade, place and compact CSTC, then form and pour concrete pedestal, and attach City provided plaque as shown on the attached sketches. New item #3.2 "Relocate concrete pedestal with RAVE dedication plaque", lump sum The lump sum item "Relocate concrete pedestal with plaque", shall be full pay for labor, materials and equipment to remove concrete pedestal from previous location then excavate new location, compact subgrade, place and compact CSTC, relocate concrete pedestal, and backfill/compact the previous location and add topsoil with grass seed as shown on the attached sketch.
