HomeMy WebLinkAbout24-050.02PowerCityElectricOnCallMaintenanceContractRenewalEXTENSION OF AND CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY AND POWER CITY ELECTRIC Spokane Valley Contract #24-050.02 For good and valuable consideration, the legal sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, City and the Contractor, Power City Electric, mutually agree as follows: 1. Purpose: This Extension and Amendment is for the Contract for on -call traffic signal maintenance services by and between the Parties, executed by the Parties on February 7, 2024, and which terminates on December 31, 2024. Said contract is referred to as the "Original Contract" and its terns are hereby incorporated by reference. 2. Original Contract Provisions: The Parties agree to continue to abide by those terms and conditions of the Original Contract and any amendments thereto which are not specifically modified by this Amendment. 3. Extension of Contract Term: The Parties hereby exercise the second of four optional I -year extensions of the Original Contract. The extended term begins on January 1, 2026, and terminates on December 31, 2026, unless otherwise extended. 4. Amendment to Original Contract: The Original Contract is subject to the following amended provisions. All such amended provisions are hereby incorporated by reference herein and shall control over any conflicting provisions of the Original Contract, including any previous amendments thereto. The total compensation identified in Section 4 (titled "Compensation") shall be amended to be $75.000.00 for all work performed during calendar Year 2026. 5. Compensation Amendment History: This is Amendment #1 of the Original Contract.
