as stated in the Notice and Order dated October 25, 2022 (Case No. NUI-2022-0409).
b. Junk vehicles in violation of SVMC 7.05.040(D), as stated in the Notice and Order dated
October 25, 2022 (Case No.NUI-2022-0409).
c. Unfit structure in violation of chapter 17.105 SVMC, as stated in the Order Declaring
Structures and Premises Unfit dated March 31, 2023 and recorded with Spokane County on
March 26, 2025—document#7406136.
