On August 20, 2025, this Court entered an Order of Default and Warrant of Abatement
of Nuisance Violations against Defendants Chrsitina Overly and J. Doe I-X. Based on the
Order, the Declaration of Caitlin R. Prunty in Support of Judgment Summary for Plaintiff, and
being familiar with the pleadings and facts of this case, the Court enters final judgment in this
matter as follows:
Plaintiff is awarded $2,000.00 in civil monetary penalties, $240.00 for the court filing
fee, $83.80 for service of process, $303.50 for recording costs, $11,000 in abatement costs, and
$200 in statutory attorneys' fees authorized by RCW 4.84.080 from Defendants. Plaintiff may
collect the unpaid balance immediately by any means authorized by law.
