1 CALL TO ORDER: Councilmember Pam Haley, Task Force Chair, called the meeting to order at 2:01 pm.

3GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT OPPORTUNITY
Ms. Wilcoxthanked the Task Force and staff for sharing and disseminating information about the programs in the Valley
to address homelessness.
ACTIONITEMS
4APPROVAL OF JANUARY 2026MEETING MINUTES
Joseph Ghodsee submitted suggested edits to the minutes via email. Copies of amended minutes were distributed to
all members present. Lisa Millermade a motion to approve the minutes as amended; Joseph Ghodsee seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
INFORMATION AND DISCUSSION ITEMS
5PUBLIC RECORDS ACT (PRA) AND OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT (OPMA)
Senior Deputy City Attorney Tony Beattie presented information about the Washington State Public Records Act and
Open Public Meetings Act.
Other Business
Eric Robison said several Task Force members will not be able to attend the March 26 meeting and suggested
canceling it. The group agreed.
Several partner organizations will come to the April Task Force meeting with short presentations for Fund 1406 (Sales

& Use Tax) dollars. The city will move forward with the Request for Proposals processin the coming months.
Eric noted that there is a vacant seat on the Task Force; the group discussed various organizations that may have
potential candidates.
6ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 2:38 pm.
