RE: Pines Road BNSF(Agreement to Pay Fees):
JG-6453 Amendment No.2 Group 01
In accordance with the Agreement JG 6453 executed on September 22,2020,we are notifying
the City of Spokane Valley that the total Amendment# 1 estimated dollar amount of Sixty
Thousand dollars($60,000)is inadequate to cover the WSDOT reviews/approvals for the
project.This Amendment No.2 provides for an increase of$40,000 to cover the known and
estimated cost associated with the work completed under agreement JG 6453.
A billing will be submitted each month to City of Spokane Valley until the work for the
reviews and approvals has been completed.All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect except as modified by this Amendment No. 2
The WSDOT requests that the proper authority acknowledges the Amendment No.2 to
agreement JG 6453 by filling in the Endorsement below and emailing back to Marc Miller
marc.miller@wsdotwa.gov.
