EXECUTIVE SESSION: Potential Litigation \[RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)\].
(Proposed motion: I move Council adjourn into executive session for approximately one hourto discuss
with legal counsel representing the City matters relating to potential litigation or legal risks of a proposed
action or current practice that the agency has identified when public discussion of the litigation or legal
risks is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency, and that no action will
be taken upon return to open session.)
