NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PASSED
BY SPOKANE VALLEY CITY COUNCIL
The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 26-007 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 19' day of May, 2026:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 25-017, WHICH ADOPTED A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY
1, 2026 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2026; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
Section 1 amends revenues and appropriations as set forth in Attachment A to the Ordinance. Section 2
speaks of severability, and Section 3 provides an effective date. The full text of Ordinance 26-007 is
available at the City of Spokane Valley City offices as identified above. A copy will be mailed upon request
to the City Clerk.
