STANDARDS
TRAILER COURTS
SPOK NE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
1. The trailer court plan must be szthn it~ted to the Spokane County Planning
Commission staff for review of the design in relation to tref Ic, points
of access and egress.
2. Each trailer space shall be not less than 2,400 scums feet in area.
3. Each trailer space shall be a minimum of 30 feet in width.
4. Minimum spacing of trailers side -to -side shall be not less than 15 feet,
and -to -end shall be not less than 10 feet.
5. No trailer shad be located closer than 30 feet from any existing
right-of-way and not less than 10 feet from arty property line..
6. Every trailer stall shall have one off-street parking space of not less
than 200 square feet in area.

paved in a manner and standards prescribed by Spokane County.
8. All area other than access and egress, parking and circulation, and
service buildings shall be completely and permanently landscaped.
