A. Reasons 1. The use of the property in question for a sign will not be detrimental to adjacent and surrounding properties. B. Conditions: • 1. The sigh shall be limited to eight (8) square feet. 2. The sign may be lighted, provided that all lights Shall be turned off not later than 10 :00 P.M., in order to preserve the residential character of the area. 3.
