Zoning Adjustor Decisions Approved for the following reasons and subject
to the following condition.
A. Reasons:
1. The use of the property in question for the keeping of a
steer will not be unduly detrimental to the adjacent and
surrounding properties as the use is temporary.
2. The difficulty requiring a variance is not the result of an
illegal act on the part of the applicant.
