COUDITIOIS:
That adequate off-street parking be provided.
2. That access and egress points be defined by a six inch curb along the front
property line.
3. That public access to the building be from the narking area, not directly
from Fancher Road.
4 That the proposed development be in accordance with a plan submitted by the
applicant and approved by the Planning Director and County Engineer, which
Development Plan shall incorporate the foregoing conditions.

Board of Adjustment Decision: Approved for the following reasons and
subject to the following conditions.
fl. Reasons:
1. Because of special, circumstances applicable to the subject
property, namely the location of adjacent and surrounding buildings
and structures, the strict application of the Zoning Ordinance
would deprive subject property of rights and privileges enjoyed
by other properties in the vicinity and under identical zone
classification.
