REASONS:
1. Because of special circumstances applicable to subject property, pviR&y
the strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would deprive subject property
of rights and privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity and under
'identical zone classification.
2. The granting of the variance, subject to the conditions listed below, if any,
will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the
property or improvements in the vicinity and zone in which subject property -
is situated.
CONDITIONS:
1. That the variance be granted subject to the plot plan as submitted by
the applicant.
2. That the hedge and trees which are either on or near the east property
line be kept to protect the residential character along Girard Street.
3. That the plot plan be approved by the County Health Department concerned
with the sewerage drain field and where its location is in relation to
the new addition.
4. The variance is granted to September 1, 1963 and if the applicant has not
secured a building permit by such date, the variance permit shall become
null and void,

Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approved for the following reasons and subject
to the following conditions.
A. Reasonss
1. Because of special circumstances applicable to subject property,
the strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would deprive
subject property of rights and privileges enjoyed by other
properties in the vicinity and under identical zone classification.
