Zoning Adjustor Decisions Approved for the following reasons and subject
to the following conditions.
A. Reasons:
1. Because of special circumstances applicable to subject property,
namely the vacation of a street adjoining the north property line,
the strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would deprive subject
property of rights and privileges enjoyed by other properties
in the vicinity and under identical zone classification.
2. The granting of the variance and special permit, subject to the
conditions listed below, will not be materially detrimental to
the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements
in the vicinity and sone in which subject property is situated.
B. Conditions:
1. The variance and special permit is granted to July 1, 1969 and if
the applicant has not secured a building permit by such date, the
variance permit and special permit shall become null and void.
