REASONS:

- 2. The granting of the variance, subject to the conditions listed below, if any,
will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the
property or improvements in the vicinity and zone in which subject property -
is situated.
1. The installation was inspected by the Valley Fire Department. The inspector
reported that there was no explosvie or fire hazard as the tanks were used
only for the storage of asphalt-mix. No other liquid or gas shall be stored
in the tanks other than asphalt mix. -
