Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approved for the following reasons.
A. Reasons:
1. Because of special circwnatancos applicable to uubjact pro erty,
namely the location of the existing house on the property, the
strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would deprive
subject property of rights and privileges enjoyed by ether
properties in the vicinity and under identical one classification.
2. The granting of the variance rill not bo materially detrimental
to the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements
