1. VE-37 -63, Side Yard Variance
Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approved for the following reasons and subject
to the following condition.
A. Reasons:
1. Testimony by the adjoining property owner to the south indicates
his endorsement of the applicant's proposal. Said property
owner points out, and the Zoning Adjustor agrees, that the
proposed greenhouse if built at least 123 feet west of Evergreen
Road would be well to the rear cf the house situated on such
adjoining pronerty and would therefore not be detrimental to
this or other surrounding properties.
2. Because of special circumstances applicable to subject property,
namely the prior existance of other structures upon the property
preventing the location of the greenhouse in strict observation
of the side yard setback, tho strict application of the Zoning
Ordinance would deprive subject property of rights and privileges
enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity and under identical
zone classification.
• B. Condition:
1. The greenhouse shall be located on the property in accordance
with the plot plan submitted by the applicant and on filo in
the office of the Spokane County Planning Cotcmission.
