Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approved for the following reason and subject
to the following condition.
A. Reason:
1. The granting of the variance, subject to the condition listed
below, will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or
injurious to the property or improvements in the vicinity and
zone in which subject property is situated. The building is
setback from Sprague Avenue a sufficient distance that it will
not obstruct traffic vision at the intersection.
B. Condition:
1. The building shall be located upon the property in accordance with
the plot plan on file in the office of the Spokane County Planning
Commission and designated as VE -6-64.
