Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approved for the following reasons and subject
to the following condition.
A. Reasons:
1. Because of special circumstances applicable to subject property,
namely the unusual shape of the triangular lot, the strict
application of the Zoning Ordinance would deprive subject
property of rights and privileges enjoyed by other properties
in the vicinity and under identical zone classification.
