This proposal, in the opinion of the Zoning Adjustor, is in technical violation of the ordinance and not the intent thereof. The intent of the ordinance seems clearly to assure the provision of adequate off - street loading and parking area. This proposal, while covering a loading area, will not decrease the ground area available for loading. 2.
