2. VE- 25-64, Side Yard Setback
Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approve for the following reasons and subject
to the following conditions.
1. Due to the fact that the residence is located in excess of 70 feet
from the front property line and the Zoning Ordinance permits a
detached garage to be located on the side property line if 70 feet
from the front property, the intent of the Ordinance would not be
effected by attaching the garage to the house. The strict application
-of the Zoning Ordinance would deprive.subjeot property . of rights
and privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity and
under identical zone classification.
2. The granting of the variance will not be materially detrimental
to the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements
in the vicinity and zone in which subject property is situated.

1. The garage shall be located on the property in accordance with
the plot plan as submitted by the applicant and on file in the
office of the Planning Commission.
