Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approved for the following reason and (subject
to the following condition.
A. Reason:
1. In the. opinion of the Zoning Adjustor the construction of a
10 foot wire fence around a tennis court will not be a traffic
hazard at 23rd Avenue and McDonald by obstructing the corner.
Therefore the granting of the variance will not be materially
detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property
or improvements in the vicinity and zone in which subject property
is situated. •
B. Condition:
1. The fence shall be constructed in accordance with the plot plan
on file in the office of the Planning Commission.
