Valley, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, THE GRANTEE, for public use

and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Spokane Valley, by the
Spokane Valley Director of Public Works. Also, the undersigned hereby requests the
Assessor and Treasurer of said County to set -over to the remainder of the herein described
parcel, the lien of all unpaid taxes, if any, affecting the property hereby conveyed, as provided

The South 10.00 feet of the following description:
That portion of Tract 131, VERA, as per plat recorded in Volume "0" of Plats, Page 30,
records of Spokane County, lying in the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 13, Township 25 North, Range 44, East of the Willamette Meridian, described as
follows:
COMMENCING at a 1/2 inch iron pipe in asphalt marking the East Quarter Corner of
said Section 13, said point also being the centerline intersection of Flora Road and
Broadway Avenue; thence South 87 °35'35" West, along the south line of said Northeast
Quarter and said centerline of Broadway Avenue, a distance of 1347.37 feet to the
southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;
