Existing Zoning: -3- MINUTES July 31, 1970 ZONE CHANGE ZE -69 -70 - AGRICULTURAL SUBURBAN TO RESIDENTIAL MOBILE HOME ZONE: PELKEY Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve to Residential Mobile, Home Zone. A. Reasons: 1. The lots within the zone change proposal have less depth than standard residential lots. 2. Similar properties along Harrington Avenue to the west of the zone change proposal have been zoned for mobile homes. 3. The proposal is located on the fringe of an established residential neighborhood rather than toward the interior. 4. The subject properties lie between an industrial area and an established residential neighborhood. The Planning Commission is of the opinion that mobile home development would tend to buffer the residential neighborhood from the industrial area. 5. The Planning Commission is of the opinion that the advertised lots are not conducive to standard residential development in the near future. Section 18,Township 25 N.,Range 44, EWM.
