Advertise hearings to be held in the immediate area for a zoning plan for the
Argonne - Mullan couplet. Such hearings shall be completed by January 31, 197
(On motion for denial, four voted for it and one against.)
A. REASONS:
i. Because of the concern of residents of Block 9, the Commission
stipulated that the study be completed no later than January 31, 1974.
2. The Commission notes that the land use and zoning elements of the
Argonne - Mullan study have been ccompleted and evaluated by the
staff. The public hearings within the area would allow neighborhood
participation in the Zoning Study.
