ZONE CHANGE
E - 3 2 - 7 4 - AGRICULTURAL SUBURBAiv TO RESIDENTIAL MOBILE HOME:
WIDENER
Planning Commission Recommendation: Deny. (Vote was unanimous.)
A. REASONS:
1. Although properties on the south side of Harrington Road are zoned
Residential Mobile Horne, the Commission in reviewing testimony
at the hearing concluded that the advertised request would intrude
into the established residential neighborhood to the north.
2. The Commission notes that 11 homes have been constructed within
the advertised area allowing only three more possible building sites.
The Commission is of the opinion that the residential character of
the block has been sufficiently established.
