Approval of access by the Spokane County Engineer's Office. 2. Approval of a trailer court design for the developable portion of the advertised area by the Zoning Adjustor (such application shall be made within six (6) months). The zoning resolution would cover only the area approved by the Zoning Adjustor. 3.
