A. Reasons: In 1959, the Dishman business district (including Tract 238 of Opportunity) was all zoned "Commercial" except for the easterly 80 feet adjacent to Farr Road. Apparently at the time the Commercial zoning proposal was heard the Planning Commission inadvertently left out the subject U0 foot strip of property, thereby splitting the property with a zone boundary.
