ZONE CHANGE ZE -13 -70 - MULTIPLE FAMILY SUBURBAN TO RESIDENTIAL MOBILE HOME ZONE: PLANNING COMMISSION (Siesta Mobile Park) Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve to Residential Mobile Home Zone. Background: The Commission last year directed the staff to evaluate the existing Multiple Family Suburban Zones in the Spokane Valley and to recommend appropriate zoning for these areas because of the impending change to the Zoning Ordinance (deleting mobile homes and mobile. homy courts from the Multiple Family Suburban Zone). A. Reasons: In 1963, Siesta Mobile Park Addition was specifically designed and platted for mobile homes on individual lots. In 1965, Siesta Mobile Park First Addition was filed. All lots and standards conform to the Residential Mobile Home Zone. Most of the lots in the proposal are currently occupi:d by mobile homes. B. General Data: 1. Location: 2. Applicant: 3.
