Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve to Residential Mobile Home
Zone.
A. Reasons:
1. The advertised properties adjoin an area zoned Residential Mobile
Home to the north.
2. The advertised lots may be more desirable for mobile home lots than
standard construction residential lots because of their size and
proximity to other mobile home developments (Lots 2 and 3 have 50'
of frontage. Lot 4 is a corner lot.).
3. The Commission is of the opinion that development of the lots for
mobile home sites would not adversely affect surrounding properties.
(Surrounding land uses include a trailer court to the north, a trailer
plat to the northwest, a residence to the west, vacant property to the
south, and residences to the east.)
