Wa. 99206 YOUR REASONS FOR APPEAL (Hearing testimony will be confined to the following): The hearing examiner committee was presented evidence at the hearing to the effect that provisions had been made for drainage access, circulation, building design, off street parking and land scaping. Moreover, the proponent is aware of the restrictions of the use of the property such that only light warehousing and offices will be permitted. The hearing examiner committee, despite these considerations, denied the zone change. Interestingly, the staff recommended to the proponent that R.I. zoning be applied for, even though staff was asked about a lesser intensive zone.
