Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve to Residential Office Zone,
subiect to the following conditions:
1. The dedication of the North 5' of the advertised property along 6th Avenue
for right of way.
2. Installation to Spokane County standards of curb and paving to existing
oil alon 6th Avenue.
A. Reasons:
1. Residential Office and Multiple Family Suburban zone change
requests have been approved on Pines Road between Sprague and
16th Avenues. (4h and Pines, 10th and Pines.)
2. The uses permitted in the Residential Office Zone would be
compatible with surrounding residential uses in the Pines Road
vicinity.
