Also, costs for these improvements shall be the burden of the developer as set forth in the letter from the County Engineer dated August 16, 1978, and as corrected at the hearing. Applicant shall construct 5' cement concrete sidewalk and pave right of way to meet existing pavement. 3. Applicant shall obtain approval for on and off —site drainage plan before issuance of building permits.: b) Spokane County Health District: The applicant shall comply with rules and regulations of the Health District in providing for adequate sewage disposal.
