Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve to Restricted Residential A. Reasons: 1. The Planning Commission has been upgrading similar residential areas in the Opportunity Community to the Restricted Residential Zone. In 1970, the Planning Commission upgraded at the request of residents, a similar area between Farr Road and the frontage properties on Sunderland Road to the Restricted Residential Zone. 2. The Restricted Residential Zone would recognize the establishment of several duplexes within the area as well as providing for additional duplex development between Willow Road and Mullan Road. 3.
