A. CONDITIONS:
1. Approval of access to the subject property by the Spokane County
Engineer's office.
2. Structures on the advertised property shall be limited to two (2)
stores in height.
3. Installation of fire hydrants in accordance with the requirements
of the Spokane Valley Fire Marshall.
B. REASONS:
