2. Dedication of 20 foot radius at the southwest corner of the site.
3. Installation of curbs, sidewalks, drainage control and paving along
the south perimeter of the property.
B. Spokane County Health District:
The applicant shall comply with rules and regulations of the Health District
in providing for adequate sewage disposal. The site has an existing
sewage system.
C. Fire Protection:
Mains and hydrants to be installed if needed.
d. Environmental Review:
Since coordination with other governmental agencies is not required,
the Staff has recommended that a final declaration of non - significance
by signed by the Board of County Commissioners.

incorporated pertaining to road rights of wady..
Enclosed is a Right of Way Deed covering the south five (5) feet of your lot as
well as a 20 foot radius at the southwest corner. This deed must be signed by
you, your wife and Mr. and Mrs. Anderson. Be sure this is done before a Notary
Public who should acknowledge the signatures on the back of the document. The
signatures should be the same as I have indicated on the deed.

2. Improvements along Boone Avenue as required by the County Engineer's
Office and contained in the above findings.
3. Access permits shall be obtained from the County Engineer's Office
prior to the issuance of occupancy permits.
4. Improvements shall be in substantial conformance to the plot plan
on file with this application.
5. That the provisions of SEPA'S NOTICE OF ACTION pursuant to 43.21c.080
RCW and the Board of County Commissioners, Resolution No. 77 -1392
be accomplished by the project applicant within thirty (30) days
of formal action by the Board of County Commissioners, as instructed
by the Planning department Staff.

appearing to the Board that the Spokane County Planning Commission has given
due notice of the hearing on the matter in the manner and for the time provided by
law; that said Planning Commission has held a public hearing as required; and
that the said Planning Commission concurs in the plan to zone the following
